These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pr888 ("pr888", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your access to and use of the pr888 website, mobile interface, sportsbook, casino, and all associated gaming products available at pr888.ws.

• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through any recognised responsible gaming programme.
• You are accessing pr888 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local statute, and you accept sole responsibility for determining this.

Each player may hold only one registered account on pr888. Duplicate accounts, whether using the same identity, the same payment method, or the same device, are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. During registration, pr888 will request personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pr888 login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members. pr888 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login details.

If you suspect that your pr888 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pr888 immediately by contacting [email protected]. pr888 reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any security concern.

pr888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to a government-issued CNIC, passport, or driving licence, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the timeframe specified by pr888 may be restricted or closed. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals.

You may request closure of your pr888 account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure any remaining balance that has cleared all applicable wagering requirements will be returned to your registered payment method. Balances arising from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

pr888 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier and are displayed within your pr888 wallet section.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. pr888 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of request approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take one to two business days depending on the receiving institution. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.

pr888 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed where an account has recently changed its registered payment method, where unusual betting patterns have been identified, or where an active bonus is attached to the account balance. pr888 will communicate any such delays to the player promptly.

All bets placed on pr888 — whether on cricket, PSL, UFC, football, kabaddi, slots, live casino, or any other product — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product as published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall take precedence for matters relating to that product.

The minimum bet amount across pr888 sportsbook markets is PKR 50. Maximum stake limits apply per market and per event and are displayed at the point of bet placement. pr888 reserves the right to alter individual maximum bet limits without prior notice where market conditions require it.

Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled by the player except where pr888 expressly offers a cash-out facility for that specific market. The availability of cash-out is not guaranteed on all markets and may be suspended at pr888's discretion, including during periods of in-play trading volatility.

In the event of a technical error — including system failure, incorrect odds publication, or data feed disruption — pr888 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. pr888 is not liable for any consequential loss arising from technical errors beyond the return of the original stake amount.

• Cricket and PSL markets: Match result markets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Abandoned or tied matches are settled according to the applicable cricket betting rules displayed within the pr888 sports section.
• Live in-play markets: Bets placed on live markets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. Delays between placing a bet and its confirmation may result in the bet being offered at a revised price or declined where the market has moved materially.
• Casino and slot games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. Game results are final once a round is completed. pr888 is not liable for any player error made during a game session.

pr888 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, PSL price boosts, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page within the pr888 platform. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall apply to that promotion.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all pr888 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully completed.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be turned over in qualifying bets before a withdrawal of the derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses have a fixed expiry date. Any unmet wagering requirement or unused bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry without notice.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine exposure, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with good-faith play — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pr888 platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games, poker hands, or any other competitive product on pr888.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on events where you have knowledge of, or involvement in, any attempt to influence the outcome of the relevant sporting event.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated mechanism to place bets or interact with pr888 without direct manual input from the registered player.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies across markets in a manner that constitutes abuse of the pr888 platform rather than genuine sports betting activity.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to access, operate, or place bets through your pr888 account.
• Money laundering: Using the pr888 platform to facilitate the placement, layering, or integration of proceeds of crime. pr888 cooperates fully with relevant financial intelligence authorities and may report suspicious account activity without prior notice to the account holder.
• Underage access: Attempting to register or maintain an account while under the age of 21.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pr888 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any pr888 content without prior written consent from pr888.

You must not use the pr888 brand, name, or any associated marks in any way that could suggest an affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from pr888 without express written authorisation.

pr888's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their pr888 account in the 12 months immediately preceding the relevant claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

pr888 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the pr888 platform entirely at their own risk. pr888 shall not be liable for any loss arising from a player's reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes pr888's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

pr888 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering a pr888 account you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by pr888 includes registration details, identity verification documents, payment information, betting history, session data, and device and IP information. This data is used for account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming enforcement, and, where you have consented, marketing communications.
